Maailma on minun - The World is Mine
Opening and Book launch on April 4th from 5-7 PM in the Book Gallery space is photography by Edith Södergran (1892 –1923) in an exhibition Maailma on minun - The World is Mine. Södergran was a Swedish-speaking Finnish poet, one of the first modernists within Swedish-language literature and loved by generations of readers. Agneta Rahikainen and Eira Sillanpää have collected Södergran's poetry and photography into a book and an exhibition, which bears the name Maailma on minun - The World is Mine. The book comes out in two languages, Edith Södergrans mother-tongue Swedish and in translation in Finnish.

Essi Hurme's exhibition consists of ceramic sculptures and pastel paintings. The pastel paintings by Essi Hurme are portraits and colour studies of imaginary persons.
