Minna Pinola

In the Presence of Hope, photographs

Minna Pinola’s photography exhibition "In the Presence of Hope" celebrates the privilege, uniqueness, and unpredictability of life through intimate portraits. Life is light and shadow, and it happens today. In this project, Minna Pinola has interviewed and photographed 12 individuals who live their lives with illnesses without a cure and bravely share their experiences of when an incurable diagnosis enters life as an unwelcome guest.

Raimo Puustinen (b. 27.5.1935 Käkisalmi, d. 8.12.2008 Espoo) who owned a studio on Meritullinkatu in Kruununhaka, was a painter, printmaker and draftsman. He considered himself above all a draftsman.
