The Animal Garden is an exhibition of works by three artists and one composer that transports its viewers to the edge of wonder. Exhibition opening on Tuesday January 28, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Warm welcome!

Taru Loukoila's acrylic paintings depict the animal motifs from a creative outburst, with images that are surprising even to the artist herself:
"While working on these paintings, I have been amazed that I actually did them myself, and it has been exciting to see what comes out of the brush."

Makla Krés Laine's series of ceramic miniature sculptures "Hibiscus phantasia somnium" was created partly as a therapeutic self-expression to counterbalance the increasingly harsh atmosphere of the society.

Tuuli Vatula's mixed media paintings and weavings invite you to take a walk in the winter garden, where a self-portrait under the canopy is looking on.

The exhibition will be accompanied by composer Iiro Ollila's audio work Syvä pääty (The Deep End) . Syvä pääty is a series of c-cassette recordings that exhibition visitors can listen to if they wish.
