Welcome to meet the photographer Liisa Takala on the last day of the exhibition. Siimes - majatuksia -exhibition presents photography by Liisa Takala from 2020-2022. The main focus is on tree houses and playhuts and structures that were constructed by children. Welcome to exhibition opening on Tuesday September 13th 5-7 PM. Exhibition is on view until October 1st 2022.

French Guitarist Guillaume Gargaud arrives to Finland for the third time. In Laterna Magica he can be seen with trumpet player Eero Savela. Just before the pandemic the duo gave its first concert and recorded an album called Helsinki, which can be found on streaming services. Their collaboration was very fruitful and continues still. Savela and Gargaud share the love for free improvisation. They both love to work with new people and are interested in musical exploration.

After midsummer we open with two exhibitions. Exhibitions open with a reception on Tuesday June 28th from 5-7 PM and can be viewed in our galleries until July 16th 2022. In our Cellar and Tile Galleries we get a sense of snow with Peter Strebel: First snow in October, photography and in our Book Gallery Sam Jamsen: On the Edges - Reunoilla, Photos of Apulanta‍

TomuTomu is folk, punk, blues and Schlager all in one neat package. Their verbal output is mostly understandable Finnish, all else is universal. Tickets 5 €.
